You will notice that I do not have a basket you can fill with paintings and then pay by card. Payment to be made by card payment over the phone, bank transfer, Paypal or cheque sent to me.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs to UK mainland are included in the purchase price of original painting or print. Please contact Mike for a price for deliveries to the rest of the world.

I use couriers who deliver Mon to Fri during office hours UK MAINLAND ONLY.

If you are not normally at home during these times please provide an alternative address.

All artwork is packed using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes (recycled where possible). 

I will endeavour to arrange delivery as soon as possible....normally within 5 working days. 

It is important to me that you love your painting! If you should decide that you wish to return a purchase for reasons other than transit damage, please notify me with the reason for return within 2 days of receipt of the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery in the original or other appropriate packaging, suitably insured and at a cost to you.

Once I have received the returned item, you will be reimbursed the full purchase value less the original shipping costs. 

Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser upon cleared receipt of payment.

The Copyright of the artwork remains with Mike Dudfield.

Artwork and designs must not be copied or reproduced in any way. 

I endeavour to photograph all my paintings in natural light and represent them accurately online, but screen resolutions vary so please bear in mind. I am more than happy for you to view them in the flesh at my studio or at a show (see events) if you are unsure. Please contact me for arrangement.
